Your Role

As a Technical Business Developer at Component Maintenance and Test Equipment, you will be responsible for developing commercially viable and technically sustainable maintenance solutions within avionics and mechanical systems, related to our larger marketing campaigns. You will work closely with engineers in design and maintenance organizations, procurement, and our marketing organization to shape competitive offers that meet customer needs - both technically and commercially.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Working in marketing campaigns by developing and shaping maintenance solutions tailored to customer needs
• Acting as a specialist competence within the marketing organization for maintenance issues in campaign work
• Participating in and contributing to cost estimation work related to the development of offers for maintenance solutions for aircraft systems and components
• Developing IP package components and business documentation in connection with cost estimation work
• Participating in site surveys to analyze the customer's technical and operational conditions
• Driving business development work related to larger campaigns
• Collaborating and networking with OEMs, internal functions, and customers

The position is based in Arboga or Linköping and involves regular travel, both nationally and internationally.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with an academic background, for example in engineering or economics, or another relevant post-secondary background with a technical and business-oriented focus. The most important thing is that you have a strong technical interest combined with an understanding of business conditions. You hold a B driver's license, express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and possess basic knowledge of Excel.

We would like you to have experience working with mechanical systems and/or electronic systems. If you also have a background in the aviation industry, for example in manufacturing or aircraft maintenance, it is an advantage for the position.

You are communicative and attentive, with the ability to adapt your message to the audience and situation. Whether you are in dialogue with technical specialists, business representatives, or presenting to larger groups, you create trust and clarity.

You work in a structured manner, take clear ownership of your tasks, and drive work forward with engagement and a sense of responsibility. Furthermore, you have good prioritization skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You remain calm under pressure, make well-founded decisions, and know when to involve others to achieve the best results.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where there are requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
